35 YEARS IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY

Brian Daniels brings more than 35 years of hands-on restaurant industry experience to Food Safety Training Associates. As a restaurant owner, chef, and general manager, Brian understands the daily challenges of operating a successful foodservice business—from protecting guests and training employees to managing busy kitchens and leading teams.

Since 2005, Brian has helped foodservice professionals learn food safety through practical examples, engaging discussions, and a fun, interactive teaching approach. His classes connect important food safety principles to situations students encounter in real restaurants.

SERVICE, LEADERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY

Brian is an eight-year U.S. Army combat veteran and a retired law enforcement professional. His background in military service and law enforcement helped shape his approach to leadership, preparation, integrity, and accountability—values he brings into every class.

TRAINING THAT GOES BEYOND THE TEXTBOOK

Brian believes food safety education should be useful, memorable, and enjoyable. Rather than simply reading slides, he encourages questions, uses real-world stories, and creates an interactive classroom where students can build confidence.

Whether you're preparing for your first food safety manager exam or training an entire restaurant team, Brian's goal is to help you understand the material and put it to work every day.
